Duke Cannon Big Ass Beer Soap Package Redesign
Before, the Duke Cannon "Big Ass Beer Soap" was quite simple, as it was based on the minimalistic style of the old soaps that were sent in rations to soldiers during wars. Though it was a very cool idea, the packaging stands out on the shelves for the wrong reasons.
My idea was to keep some of the simplicity and inspiration from the old war soap packaging, but to make it a little more fun - it's a soap made out of beer after all!
I decided to add some drawings of beer instead of the fake can on the top (which I found humorous but not very flashy). I wanted to make them in an old-timey style to stay on theme. I also added a little ribbon instead of the plain red rectangle they had before. I've found that through A B testing, my packaging was much more pleasing to the customer.
